Cancelling a call
You can cancel a call up to [24 hours] before it starts for a full refund. Email [email] with your order number.
If your model misses the call
If your model does not call within [10 minutes] of the booked time, you get a full refund or a free rebooking – your choice.
If you miss the call
If you can’t be reached at the booked time, your model will try again [twice] within [10 minutes]. If you still can’t be reached, the booking is used and not refunded.
Content
Because content can be viewed straight away, purchases are non-refundable once viewed, unless the item is faulty or not as described.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the card you paid with within [5–10] working days.
